ROYSE- carb help needed!!

Hey ROYSE!

I am in severe need of your carb expertise. I have a carb that has been on my 8n for a couple years. It is from tractor supply and says it is 8N9510C IMPAF. I have had sputtering issues with it before but it seems to be getting worse. Gary mentioned to me that it is probably an aftermarket carb and more than likely not up to specs. I was just wondering if you could help me sort this out?

Those aftermarkets can be a tough row to hoe Codi.
Do you have the original that came off the tractor?
If you do I would suggest having that one fixed while you use
the aftermarket one and then swap the original back on.
You could then keep the aftermarket as an emergency spare.

I do have it but I think the one that was on it was also an aftermarket
one, but I'd have to check. I'm not very confident on rebuilding one
though, but I guess I could always learn.

If you don't want to rebuild it yourself Royse will do a great job. I have one on my 2N that he rebuilt. Running great.
