Running gear identification

Hello,
Looking to id this old gear. When I picked it up was thinking it was a deere. I am confident that it is not currently. Leaning toward oliver due to ewc cast on the hubs, the green color and one rim that I cleaned to paint appeared to have white paint the other had yellow. It is a 6 bolt hub. I have not been able to locate anything close to this online.

EWC = Electric Wheel Company. They sold wagon gears under their own name, and made parts and equipment for other companies. GOOGLE "EWC wagon" and you should find a world of info on them.
