Sandblaster

Technically that is not a sandblaster. You want a sandgun. They siphon the dry sand from a feed bucket to the gun. If you have a big enough pressure washer this will work pretty good but a small washer will be too anemic. Just letting ya know.

Yes. It worked well, or got the job done on a 1939 9N. The only issue I had was some minor clogging when some water would follow a hose into the media. Just had to be careful of that. Cut through old paint on the casting, hood and fenders. Better than chemical stripping or grinding it off.

I just bought one about a month ago from Northern Tool.
Hooked it to my 2500 psi gas pressure washer, it worked great on red brick that had been painted 40 years ago! They are red again.
I used coal slag because of high moisture in my sand.
Dress appropriately as you will be wet and have blast media all over.
I am very happy with results, cant wait to paint my next tractor !

I'd go with a Tyvek suit,(or painters suit) face shield & safety glasses, head covering (think bucket hat at minimum, gloves and boots (rubber)
