sbc flex plate

Hey everyone I could use some help I have a 307 sbc and I need a flex plate just wondering can I use a 350 flexplate also if I need an internal or external balanced flexplate any help would be appreciated

you can use any flex plate but the 400 sbc or 454 big block but there is 2 of them one is 153 teeth and he other one is 168 teeth to match your starter
