SC Ignition Switch

With the push/pull Ignition Switch pulled out shouldn't I have voltage at the coil? Thanks

ASSUMING THIS IS A BATTERY IGNITION: Do you have voltage to the switch? If so, then pulling out the knob should allow voltage to exit the switch. If there is voltage at both terminals then follow the wire to the coil.
IF THIS TRACTOR HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO 12 VOLTS: Check for a resistor that has failed between the switch & coil.

If it is a point and coil ignition yes with a mag no.
IF NONE, the the use of a test light will help trace the issue. If it has a ballast resistor, it might be blown. Jim
