Schilling Auction Results

Just got back from the Schilling auction in Indiana, the Case 10-20 crossmotor sold for $60,000 and is headed to Illinois. To my knowledge, nothing went overseas. Non-running and parts tractors went cheap.

Parts wise: Lots of 3-6 magnetos went for $25-40, some individual ones went for $50+. I picked up a repro or nos manifold for a L/LA for $25, and barely used one for $25. Repro hoods for crossmotors, L"s, C"s, and CC"s went from $40 to $70 I believe.

Doesn't $7750 for the R seem high? I know they only made the unstyled R for one year, but...

I thought the same exact thing Dave. They also had a Huber 18-36 that was high too.
