SCV Barrel Seals

Location
Kansas
Hi all,
I've got a 620 with SCVs that leak badly enough to address. Does anybody here know where you can get a repair kit for the SCV barrel seals/o-rings?

Also, there must be a leak at the control valve for there to be pressure at the barrel at all times. Is there an adjustment for the SCV control valve to prevent pressure from leaking through? Or is it a failed seal in the control valve that requires an overhaul if I want to fix it?

Thanks in advance,
John E. Popper

AFAIK, DEERE still sells the parts individually.

Only replaceable part that I'm aware of on 620 breakaway coupler is the item 17 o-ring part # R495R

O rings for the break away coupler are available at any farm store. It is a common size. I do not know the number off hand. .......... Or just replace the whole coupler with a new one. Also available at any farm store. Pioneer female coupler.

If the ball is leaking in the coupler itself you'll have to replace the entire coupler. Is there an audible sound coming from the pump like it's dead heading hydraulic oil pressure to the coupler when not in use? If not I doubt the valve is leaking by internally but anything is possible. The only way to tell for sure if you install a pressure gauge in the coupler and see if the coupler is building pressure when the valve is in neutral.
