Seat Repair help needed

I am replacing the seat on a Hydro 70, which uses the same seat that lots of later IH tractors used. I need help/advice about how to replace the rubber covered springs,the shock absorber, and any thing else that is needed. The CaseIH suspension assembly that includes these parts is 379319R94. I wonder if some bushings have worn away and dropped off. I don't want to screw something up. Any help will be appreciated.
