sediment bowl

need to buy a sediment bowl for my JD H. there is a aluminum/zink or cast iron. there is a price diffenence. cast one is higher. is one better than the other. any help greatly appreciated. thanks and Merry Christmas

Because there is cast iron and aluminum sediment bowls. I only know of aluminum bodies, but there could be some cast iron ones.

NAPA has them for $35.00 complete.

Cast iron is origional. Should have a quarter turn cut off. Also the cast is made to hook to a fuel switch, (to burn kerosen). I Have a pot metal sediment bowl on my 1946 long hood "A" till I get all my parts together to put it back origional.
