Self Sharpening mower blades

Not to hijack the topic of sharpening mower blades.
Check out Google for Laseredge self sharpening blades or FISHERBARTON.com
UC15159 are blades for JD 60 inch deck. I have not sharpened blades for two years except for some rock damage. Blades get sharper with use.
There are other blades for other manufactures of mowers.

I'd be interested in the mechanism. May just pull up the site and investigate. Great idea if you live in rocky soil.

Blades have hard surfacing on bottom surface. They don't like rocks.
