What would be the best service manual
to purchase for a AC 620?

The best auto manuals is Haynes. And I think they also make manuals for farm equipment. I think ITE makes them for farm equipment.

A lot depends on what you want to pay and how deep you will be going.

Factory service manuals and parts breakdowns are the most complete, but also the most expensive.

From there they go down in coverage and information.

Haynes is geared more to the DIY mechanic. It will tell you to turn the 4 cover bolts to the left to remove them, but once you're in there, good luck!

I&T is an example of brief mechanical coverage, little to no electrical, and is geared to someone with mechanical skills.

Your best value will be used manuals from Ebay or Amazon. Shop carefully though, be sure you are getting an original, not a reprint or a download! Many of the reprints, CD's, downloads are copies of copies and lose clarity. Also I prefer a real book I can carry around, make notes, and get greasy! It will help you retain memories next time you go there!

I&T are Clymer/Haynes manuals.

As far as I know, very few tractor manuals will have the level of DIY info found in automobile manuals. Most OEM service manuals were/are written for dealer shops.

There are some pre-owned AC620 manuals on eBay which will likely be your best info and value, as previous posters have mentioned.
