setting a dowdeswell

thanks for setting me straight on that. i thought the guy was cussing me out in some langage i didn't understand. wish i could help him out. maybe if he'll come on and tell us what problem he's having some of you real good plow guys can help him out. from what i've read in the past the plow needs to be perfectly level in two directions once its in the ground. you'll have a good day.

Depends on build, but either an adjusting ram or a turnbuckle to set the width, get it the same as the rear bodies. Use the beam alighnment ram or turnbuckle to get the top link to run straight. Depends on if you have a vari-width or fixed plough on how the adjustment is made, and assuming the tractor wheel settings are correct.

Sorry i thought as i said front furrow it was obvious it is a plough
Any way it is a 4+1 reversable with a ram on the front and a turn buckle a bit further back.
we open the furrows up to 17" you can have 13 14 15 16 17 & 18" furrows. use ram to set front furrow width but can not get the plough to pull straight. ive move the turn buckle right in and out still it pulls away from the work
