Sharping flail mower blades

Anyone else sharpen your flail mower blades? I sharpen mine a couple times a year. Cutting green tough weeds with a dull blade looks like a bad hair cut. There's a bush that grows in the river bottom that a sharp blade has a struggle to cut it off clean. Dry weeds snap right off with dull weeds. but now there are still a lot of green weeds. Stan

It takes a 1 5/16th socket to remove mine. I don't have a socket that big so i took the mower to the Mennonites who have a small engine shop near me. For $25 they took the blades off, sharpened them and put them back on. Seemed like a good deal to me.
What flail mower do you have with blade bolts that big? How many blades on it?

I've sharpened them by holding the knife with a Vise Grip in one hand and a 4-1/2 inch angle grinder in the other. Mott used to make a handheld grinder specifically for this purpose.
