We have ordered a lot of parts from them over the years.

We have always gotten good service and timely delivery of our order.

Call the toll free number and talk to the owner to order parts.

Only problem is the toll free number is busy some of the time.

They use UPS for delivery and provide a tracking number for your order.

They will require you to sign on delivery to make sure that you receive your order.

Website can be difficult to navigate since the search function is a bit lacking. The parts and service are good in my experience.

Their website is a little confusing and hard to navigate, but I have ordered parts and received them within a week and don't remember having to sign for them. They have some parts that others don't offer. I would recommend them as well as Davenport and Steiners.

Good place to deal with. Have pictures on this forum of a GM that we just redone 90% of the parts come from them. We have dealt with them for many years. They have new and used parts and have called on Donnie's help on rebuilding parts and tractor issues. We receive parts in a timely manner. Also don't have to sign for parts. They are just as good on pricing as anyone else. Would definitely recommend them. We always call them to order don't list all the parts they have to offer on there website.

Always good and at times I found items by calling them as I did not find them in the catalog.

The first time I ordered from them everything was great. The second time I ordered two sets of brake linings. I opened one box and installed them. A couple months went by and opened the second box and one was cracked in half. I called them when I realized this but she said I waited too long and nothing could be done about it. So make sure you check everything out when you get it or you'll be disappointed.

Great folks! My R Diesel always had a badly mis-aligned pulley brake. Sent it to them and they heated and bent the arm to adjust the fit. I got it back and put it on and the brake now hits the pulley perfectly. I found them very friendly to talk with, reasonable pricing, fast turnaround, and excellent workmanship.
