Lynch farm tractor parts has new side panels. As far as a hood I would check your local salvage yards. If not Maibach tractor probably would have one

Where are you located? If you're anywhere near Pennsylvania there is a place in newville PA called Hurst part's sales & service I know he has 88/S88 sheet metal.

Where is a good place to find sheet metal for a super 88 diesel? A tree fell on mine.

How bad? Hammered sheet metal for my dad. Can be a pain, but if careful it comes out almost like new.
