Ok went ahead & pulled the trigger on that Combo I was looking at. I think its going to beat me home, guess the boss will have quite a surprise on the doorstep when she gets home that night!
The old UPS guy used to just set "guy stuff" in the shop for me when my truck wasnt there...this new guy....nah cant tell the diffrence I guess.
Maybe I can pass it off as goodies for the Hydraulic repairs that are underway....ummm-hmmm!
Any way, not sure if I am even going to get to split 'er open & check the pulse on this next days off...gotta get the pump & lift cover rebuilt & up to snuff first off.
Then I guess we gotta run to Vegas & see the kids for a couple days (Bummer right?). Will probably use the extra time to do some more install research...sure would be nice to at least get it opened up & inspected before I left to go back to work so I could have parts on hand the next trip home....
OH...picked it up for 5 bills....I think if its in decent shape internally I will be alright....
Will post update once we get that far...been studying on John's site quite abit, finally just printed his Combo rebuild section, got a folder down in the shop for quick refrence when surgury is underway. Guess the boss doesnt like greasy fingerprints on her puter key board, hmmpf!
