I have one qusetion, the demensions in the diagram. Are they thousands or millimeter?

On here they are Inch based unless stated otherwise. Any decimal of a MM would be quite tiny. Jim

I failed to identify, I'm talking about the tip of the shifter where it rides inthe shift rail.

Correct. They can be .005" bigger than those, them filed or die grinder shaped to fit very snugly in the rails, Some rails are worn as well. Jim
