shift problems

gear shift stuck on massey 1130 range works as does multipower stuck in gear with no reverse is there any trick to fix

If it is like the smaller MFs you can remove the fill plug and use a screwdriver to force it into the correct gear. I only shift my Multi-Power tractors in low.

I would guess it will be the linkage in the dash

They are not, there is a steel plate operator’s platform over the transmission and the shifting is done through rods and linkage from the dash.
