Should I buy?

I have a chance to buy a 51 or 52 8n with a bucket and blade. I'm going out to see it tonight, but from the pictures it looks good (except for the wrong paint scheme). Sheet metal looks good, tires, look good. It runs good and no leaks. He's asking 900. That's a pretty good price, isn't it?

Trip bucket loader $150-200 back blade if it goes with it $200-250 so that puts the tractor at under $400 and it not home YET?????????????? On one like that you better burn rubber and keep your mouth shut till you have it on the trailer and payed for.
