show the Case CC

[VAC400]

Well I am off to a great start on getting the CC ready for the S.C.R.A.P. Show in Gibsonburg, Ohio. Sent the fuel tank out for repair, replaced the crank return spring, Put new belt on it. Now I am waiting for the manifold, then I will rebuild the carb. We will be taking the CC, the 200 and of coarse my dads 1950 Vac. I will take some pictures of the group when they are at the show.

I plan on going to the show, regrettably my 48 VAC won't be ready for the show. Where are you located, looking forward to seeing your tractor.

I live west of Oak Harbor, Ohio Hope to see you there and many more Case people for Case is the Tractor this year, Maybe I should bring my 4490, but it is not a antique yet.[grin]

S.C.R.A.P. always puts on a good show, and with CASE being the featured tractor, it will be nice to see how many make it. Wish I had my hydraulic pump repairs done, I'd bring my VAC and VCMB Plow to the show. Maybe someday we will get a JICCA convention in Ohio somewhere. Always wanted to go to one. Will look for you at show.

We plan to be at S.C.R.A.P. also. Just finished restoring a '44 VAC and '50 DC, and also plan to take a 400, SC, 530, and 630. Plus a couple of old dealership delivery trucks too. It sounds like it should be a pretty good showing this year.

VAC400, Would you care to say where you are getting the gas tank repaired? I have a tank that needs to be repaired and don't know where to send to get repaired.

Casenut 1 The show is September 3,4,5 on the 5th there is a auction that starts in the morning The show is in Gibsonburg Ohio, at the White star park. Go to there web site for more information, but glad I can help you.

kyboy68, I have taken it to a radiator shop, in Fremont, Ohio, called Willeys. He is going to install new plates I had made for it, when the show is over he will coat the inside of the tank.
