Sickle Mower for SC ?

Does anyone know if this sickle mower would be adaptable to a Non-Eagle Hitch SC Case tractor, with the motor lift?

I'm assuming the hydraulic pump is for raising and lowering the sickle bar. Is that correct?
If so, how do you activate it from the tractor?
How does the unit hook up to the tractor?

I had a JD no.5 mower for my 41 SC. had to remove the drawbar and then a adapter made from sheet metal bolted the mower to the tractor cross bar. The mechanical lift was hooked to the mower lift with a chain.
