sidewinder bush hog

I have a 4ft sidewinder bush hog. I had to relace the top skin, so I don't know if its supposed to have a acess plate for blade removal. If so where and how big.

My Sidewinder has an access hole to remove the blades between the gearbox and tail wheel. This is a GB-605 model mower. Here is a pic of the opening:
