I’m on my phone right now. Some weird site says I’ve timed out. Any one else having any issues?? Only thing I haven’t done is shut down the computer and start over.

More info needed. The internet is full of weird sites. The name of the site in question could make all the difference.

Like. Mr. Bond, I'm using a desktop computer and nothing is telling me I've timed out - in spite of using a proxy, which makes such errors more likely.

Name the weird site and help is far more likely.

He may have encountered one of those scammers that takes over your computer and claims something such as a Trojan horse is infected his computer. I think about all you can do is take it to a computer guy to get it cleared out. Happened to my mother in law about a week ago.

I just fired up the comp. Cloudflare.com is what's saying I timed out. I'm going to see if I can get in thru this message site.

Cloudflare is the gatekeeper for a large percentage of legit sites (and many not so legit) on the internet. A Cloudflare timeout can sometimes indicate the server you're trying to go to is having problems, but usually it's nothing more than your connection was momentarily slow. Fairly common occurrence, nothing to worry about. Just annoying but not indicative of a serious issue

I had that problem a few days ago. I couldn't use my same shortcut that I have been using. I retyped the web address into my browser then could get here ok.
