Quite an operation, most likely dairy. The old shed in the foreground, grabs my attention more, wondering the story on it.

That's a whole herd of silos!

Dad had one concrete block silo.
Uncles in WI had both kinds.

Considering the generally good condition of everything else, I wonder if there is some sentimental attachment to the leaning shed or if they use it simply as a "conversation piece".

Indeed. It's interesting that the roof line of both the main building and annex are straight. The whole thing settled uniformly.
