anyone know what the going rate is to sleave a block for b tractor they claim the cylinders are pitted & the pits are to deep to hone out
 
You shouldn't need to resleeve it. Bore it 0.125". If the shop doesn't know this, they probably shouldn't be doing your block. It's not a small block Chevy.
