slow Christmas pkg's

Did any of you guy"s have trouble with UPS, FEDX OR USPS IN HAVE PKG"S delivered on time?? We sent a pkg. of cookies (Dec. 21 priority)to my granddaughter in Great Falls MT. As of this morning (28th) no delivery. Pic is of USPS tracking. Hey Case Nutty!! If any of your Cowboy neighbors have lots of horses maybe they could get a job at USPS and bring back the Pony Express. Or maybe you could sell them some of your slowest Case tractors to deliver mail.

Yes, my wife was really PO'd at Fed Ex for 2 "attempted deliveries", so they called it. We had Christmas gifts on order for the kids and they arrived after we had our family Christmas. But we got them. The delivery sat out in below 0 temps for a day before we got home to rescue them. Don't know what took them so long though.

I am a rural mail carrier and I know it seemed like service was slow,but I don't think any body was expecting so much on line shopping. several carriers in our office would have to make 2 trips to handle all the packages. today they said packages were up 20%. but it seemed like about 50% in our office.

I shipped three parts orders out on Monday the 23rd and they were delivered on the 26th. I thank that was a great job by the USPS. They were just sent in flat rate boxes the cheapest way I could send them. Hats off to the USPS in my eyes.

Most of what I"ve shipped over the last week or so arrived in two days USPS.

I"m thinking, well, were those REALLY good cookies? Those folks are only human. See what I mean?

Granddaughter received the Cookies at 4:30 yesterday afternoon the 28th. 3 day mail in 7 days. First day Sidney to North Platte. Left North Platte same night. five days to Billings and two days , Billings to Great Falls. Wonder if they had truck trouble.

Hey, it's not just UPS, the last two overnight packages I sent by Fed Ex took three days (No holidays or weekends) and they were not cookies, just vee-belts.
