Slow hydraulics

I have a Ford 4500 tractor with a Ford 755 backhoe attachment. Transported it from Alabama to Nevada last Fall, everything worked great. This Spring the hydraulics are very slow to respond (all work but take 30-60 seconds to move. Fluid level is okay, and I do not appear to have any external filters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
