I purchased a used JD 410 loader backhoe that had been sitting a while. Seller owned a hydraulic business and had rebuilt the hydraulic pump. When I got unit delivered to my farm I drained a good bit of water that had mixed with the trans/hydraulic system. I replaced the two filters under the machine and removed the screen out of the transmission...that was covered in sludge that appears to be result of mixing with water. Having drained and flushed system and replaced with clean new fluid, the only issue is the loader and loader bucket functions are slow. The backhoe works well and transmission and shuttle work fine. Is there a flow valve that needs to be adjusted? I checked the pressure output of the pump and it was just slightly below the standard pressure.
