Thinking of purchasing a small gravel screen plant like a EZ1000 or EZ1200 or similar machine there are several on the market, EZ, Orbit, U-Screen, etc.
Want/need to screen pit run gravel with rock in it up to 24 inch rock in pits, would have to be selective in feeding material and move aside the large rocks.
Does any one have one of these or experience with these small gravel screens?
Undecided between a plant with a conveyor or with out conveyor, what are your comments on conveyor vs cost add on to plant?
What kind of real world production do these machines put out. communicate what machine you are commenting on and size of screens in plant, what size bucket on machine feeding the plant.
I plan on feeding it with a 3/4 yard and 1 3/4 yard bucket loaders.
Do these light weight machines hold up in the real world?
Any horror stories you care to share as to what can happen to them?
