Small tracked tractors

I see videos of these small tracked in I think Asia. Are these available in the US or are they deemed unsafe or polluters. Those little diesels look interesting.

My opinion is that multiple factors contribute to the lack of importation.
They are lacking any dealer support here in USA
They are very useful where poor soil support is common. Not common here (exists yes)
They don't meet current EPA standards
The Tracked tractors as a group are high maintenance/expensive to replace undercarrage components.

We allow that. Just like residents of some states allow their governments to "inspect" their vehicles. A couple of decades ago they tried that in KS and We The People put a stop to that relatively fast.
