SMTA vs 450D Flywheel weight

Could anyone tell me the difference in weight between a SMTA gas flywheel and a 450D flywheel and will they interchange?
 
Never tried to bolt one to the other crankshaft, but have both types stored togeather and if I didn't mark them I couldn't tell which is which by eyeball.
