What diameter are the pins for the snap
latches on the allis chalmers
implements? 5/8? What do you do when
they are old and worn out? I have a
grader blade that needs new pins on it.

1/2" pins. Use 1/2" Gr 8 bolts with lock nuts. Doesn't look OEM but is very functional.

My old pins seem to measure about .600
give or take. I feel like 1/2 would
be pretty loose in the latch. No?

Also....my latches seem to be really
loose on the lift arms. They are in no
way a snug fit over the arms. Normal?

Tighten the jam bolt after shoving them on 100%. Jam bolt on the outside not inside of the lift arm. I use 1/2" grade 8 bolts when needed. You're worried about .600", then you do whatever you want to do.
