snow plow

I have TEA 20 and would like to put a snow plow on the front of the tractor that would raise and lower by cables and the 3 pt hitch. My concern is opening the hood. Has any one dealt with this before? Pictures would be helpful. Thanks

i dont have any pictures yet but i have a front mount snow plow on mine .the plow is far anuff away from hood to worry about it

They fitted them for years, just make sure that you set it far enough forwards (when it's down) to allow the Hood to open. You need to support the blade mounting Frame with two long angle iron rods to the sway bar mountings under the rear axle (one either side) or it will tip the front axle and bend the Radius [email protected]
