Hello,
Awhile back a posted about the Honda engine on my lawn mower starting on the first pull.
Now i have the snowthrower, that B&S motor, not only starts on the first pull, but it started yesterday without the choke.......WAHAHAHA!!
The honda needs a choke to start, in the summer!
It was may be 35 degrees out, and it had snow left on the thing from the work out it got the day before. I'm impressed.

I just ran my Simplicity with 8HP B-S engine on it and it fired right up......Vroom. Most of the snow here has melted down to a thick snow/slush combo.

Hello gun guru,
My lawn is still white, some snow on the house roof as well.
Guido.

Hello gun guru,
I respectfully decline to answer your question.
Hope to still comunicate with you in a civil manner.
Have a good day........Guido.

Ummm....Okay. If I were to guess you are North of the Mason Dixon line and between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean.

I had to break down and buy a Toro with a Briggs engine last Winter - no where left to push the stuff. Nice machine. Doesn't "put the snow back where it came from" but I consider that an advantage to my dogs...they don't have to worry about a frozen dog t*rd going "back where it came from" sideways at 37 mph.....

Hello ASEguy,
I guess you're right. Although perception and reality are not always the same think.
Have a good day.............Guido.

Hello Bui in WV,,
I like mine also, the power comes on as soon as it loads up the chute. It is the B&S snow series engine, the faster it moves the more snow moves through the shute. I don't have the doo doo problem though.

(quoted from post at 17:25:37 12/30/10) What is your location, city and state?

Me.....SE Michigan, 100 miles north of the Ohio border.

I imagine New Jersey is going to experience the same warm up that we are having right now in a couple days. My yard is a mix of green grass and dog turds right now.

I got a 10hp Tecumseh on my two stage snow blower that starts every time. It also has an electric start if needed. That thing really throws the snow even when it is wet and heavy. I bought a new single stage blower this year for the small areas around the house like the deck and small porch we have facing the west. Didn't get a Toro, (Too much $$$) instead I got a McCulloch 21" 208cc for half the price of a Toro. Works great. Too bad there is no snow to get rid of. It is all gone here. 50 degrees and rain today.

HelLo Ryan,
My snow is still here, as i said.
Snow was on the ground when the last snow came.
I'm getting cabin fever already, long way to spring!
Guido.
