I had a balance issue due to a surgery. I went to a spots clinic where they tested me. They gave me some exercises that helped my balance. We all will lose balance due to age, but this helped me.

76 august 3 i do not go out in yard unless tall kid is home that way he can help me up or call 911 balance on rough surface is not good afraid of falling.
this am i had tall kid bring my basket of clothes down stairs not steady on my feet.
my grandpa p once said getting old for sissy's is a bunch of bs its darn hard work.
now i know what he meant he liked to sit on his front porch he lost his balance and fell off twice broke ribs both times.
