I posted ads for these tractors in the N-New about two years ago. Did not get any offers. One month ago a gentleman from Nebraska called and asked if I had any of them left. We had a phone conversation and I sent him some photos. This man does not do internet or smartphone. He called after seeing the photos and made an offer. I counter offered and he accepted. Last Friday the tractors were loaded an on their way. I am sorry to see them go, but all things must end. It was getting to be a frustration to keep them up. Maybe someone on this board saw this truck on the road this weekend.

I know how you feel. I sold four of mine too, and bought a new Kubota. I love it. still think about them, but new is good.

I'm happy for you Harold, but sad at the same time.
The time, effort and money you put into creating this wonderful
collection really shows. They are beautiful machines! I know you
have other Fords, so hopefully you won't miss them too badly. :)

We'll all have to let them go - someday.
Probably is good that you were able to negotiate a price for them your self rather than let them go for nickels or dimes on the dollar at an auction after you're gone.
I just hope You stick around.

A FEW MORE PIX WOULD BE NICE... It looks like he ran the straps under the battery why not wrap the rear wheels like he did the front...

Around 2000 I had a real nice Jeep Scrambler I think it was a 1981 a guy from Texas brought it from a few pix i sent him he sent a 18 wheeler to pick it up... I only wanted $3500 for it after it was picked up he told me it would fetch 12 to 15K in his neck of the woods...

When my 8N goes it will be on my grandsons 15th Birthday. The tractor will be 75 years old when he gets it.

lease hang around on the forums as we will surely miss you if you don't.

Very nice tractors. It's best to do life on your own terms. It must have been a decision you struggled with for quite a while. You do very good work.

I know that was hard Harold.

But just because the tractors are gone doesn't men you need to go to!

Stick around to help the newbies.....as well as us FOG's!

Plan on being around. I still have 3 8Ns and a 601. They will be here as long as I own my current place. Someday I will have to move but property is not for sale now.

Got a text from the buyer yesterday. He had not seen them in person. He stated he was very happy.
