Spark plug recommendation

Good Morning Forum,
I recently picked up a 1962 John Deere 3010 gas model with electronic ignition…. Looking for some input as to what plug I should use… It’s got Pertronix ignition, coil wires, and a flamethrower coil….. Lastly, should I use the recommended John Deere spark plug gap?…. I’ve read a few things about increasing the gap for the electronic ignition!… I’m new to EI, this is my first soirée…. I’m an old points and condenser guy!
Many Thanks…Cheers!

If the tractor is running good with the spark plugs in it now, put in new spark plugs of the same brand and number. Spark plug gap, can open to .030. Normal gap is .025. Should be using copper wire spark plug wires. May want to check ignition timing with a power timing light; 20 degrees BTDC at 1900 RPM at the flywheel inspection opening.
