Spark Plug Wire holder

I bought these http://www.ytmag.com/9N14564_6130.htm from this site and I can't figure out where the heck they get mounted. I had thought they would fit the same bolts that the old spark plug tube was mounted to, but the holes are too small. Any thoughts as to how they get mounted?

I have a 1949 front mount.

Bet you wanted to order the plug wire holders that mount on top of the cylinder head, in place of the tube wire holder.
