Spary Boom/Pump Problems

Got ready to spray today and it worked fine with water. Added Round Up and it just trickled out. Change the nozzles and filters and the filter in the line. Still just trickles. I notice the hose from the tank to the pump collapses when the pump is running. It's just a diaphragm pump. Any thoughts or suggestions besides replacing the collapsed hose? Thanks.

Does the sprayer have a screen in the bottom??? It sound like you plugged the screen. If you are using generic Round Up I have gotten jugs that have salt crystals in the bottom. If you do not dissolve them, they will plug things up.

I dump everything that goes into my sprayer through a screen. I have found too many chunks of crud and rust over the years to just dump and spray/pray.
