Spin out rims.

Can the eccentric center of the painted rim be placed on the flat
tire rim . or can I place the good tire on my eccentric center by the
looks of it. I have never messed with rims before.

ith 11 post under your belt you should be able to repost the photos. Wait for it to say Continue with # (of photos your attempting to add) above the photos when you add them. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for mine to upload.
