Stabaliser bars

A friend sold his 46 2n a year or so back and he said he would drop off a few things he didn't know what they were nor did the buyer so the buyer didn't take them. I came home the other day and on the work bench was an overrun clutch a bag with new starter brushes a sedement bowl, gasket & screen and a fabricated 3 pt hitch stabaliser with a draw bar at first I thought the stabaliser was home made but on closer look I wonder if it is manufactured. I am including pictures and wonder if any one has seen one like it notice the close up of the 4 rivit heads where a tag once was. My stabalisers are on the left and are common.I stopped over to thank him and he took me out back to show me the gadget he decided to keep he was so proud of the fact he could rotate his compost barrel so easily on it. It was one of those 3 pt hitch operated jacks to lift the rear wheels off the ground and it looks complete. I may have to build him something to support his compost barrel and make a trade.

The bars of your are stay bars or rods. Stabilizer bars run from the draw bar or implement to the attach points below the fender mounts on the axles. For whatever it is worth.

What are stay bars and where do the attach. I have a set for my Jubilee and could not figure out where they attach. Please help

the stay bars are the ones that are blue that run from the draw ar up to the rocker as show. They keep the hitch from raising when towing.
