Standard twin paint color

My uncle is restoring his 1946 standard twin and has been trying to figure out what shade of blue is the original color, any ideas would be much appreciated!!

Is there a small part on it anywhere where the paint is in fairly good condition? If so you might sand it with 400 grit paper and spray it with a clear coating. Then take that to a paint jobber to computer match.
