Started baleing hay this weekend.

Started on the 2013 hay crop this weekend. Turned out pretty good.Here are a few shots I got of my David brown 990 raking and my dad on the 1070 with a New Idea 4865 baler. Also a picture of our 1030 with a 310 new holland square baler.

I will sure tell him Tom! He is pretty good at baleing hay lol. He should be though as many as hes baled lolol.

It seems like you post mostly 70 series tractors. Is the 1030 your first 30 series? How do you like it compared to the newer ones? Just curious since we have all 70 series or newer, so I've never driven a 30.

Yes this 1030 is our first 30 series, but my grandad has a 730 we always moved hay with.

Had a bunch of both starting with a used 830 deisel Egale hitch, 930, 1030, 1070, two 1370s, 1570 turned to 250 hp. Today at 70 years of youth I would take the 930 for an all day of work.

Picked up bales with my NH bale wagon with my 730 Egale hitch high tin case-o matic till 10:00 last night but the hays in the barn and it rained today.

Life is good.

Forgot I drove a 1470 for a guy I worked for and latter I owned a 2470.
