Starter drive?

I'm going to have to buy a new drive for the starter on my 2N and I was just curious as to which one yall might choose. The improved positive drive, or the original style.

I've read that on some of the new ones there has to be a new pin-hole drilled through the shaft an 1/2" below the old one. Just wondering if I would have to do this with the positive drive or will it go on as is?

No drilling needed...uses the same hole as the original..
