starter switch for TO30

[billybates]

looking for gear shift operated starter switch for 1953 TO30. looked about everywhere and can't seem to locate one or even get ideas as where to look? hoping someone reading this might have an idea? don' want to put a push button switch on it,just would not be wright!

billybates, the linkage from the gear shift pushes on that switch. It's located under the battery.

That appears to be the correct part from IPL (note from TO20 IPL)

I believe the gear shift switch is exactly the same as some dash mounted switches. Only difference is that it mounts upside down so
the gear shift can hit the button.
