Good Morning,
I am trying to help a guy restore an old John Deere Steel Wheel Gear. We have the wheels off and instead of bearings in the wheels there are bushings pressed into the wheels. I attempted to find my General Parts Catalog but could not find it.
The front wheels are smaller than the rear wheels, which to me says horse drawn era but I may be wrong. Some numbers off the front hub caps are 21 39 it also has the tab on it where you would wire the cap to a spoke to prevent it from falling off. Rear hub cap is JD-2415.
Would anyone have an idea on where where we could find part numbers for the bushings and source them? If only I could of found my General implement Book.
Thanks.
