Steering hose blew

On my 1550 . Luckily it happened at home instead of on a ride, unfortunately it happened outside the shop with the wheels turned all of the way instead of inside. I had to remove the hood and side panels to get the gas tank off to get to it. It’s the line taking oil to the steering motor under the dash. What a pain to get off! Anybody replace the line with a hose? Of course the gas tank was full. Supposed to go on a ride Saturday, probably have to take the 1655.

Yes, our good shop made me a hose with one hard end, one swivel end for one of my 2-110 lines up underneath there.
Good luck. GG Wes
