Have a super 55 just wanting to get steering wheel back in alignment with arm pitman and arm steering knuckle. Any suggesting's

Are you trying to get the arms on the steering box slid on the shafts in the right position or trying to turn the tie rods in and out? There are four flat spots on the splines so those arms will only go on in one position. You have to loosen the clamps on the tie rods and turn them. It's not super clear what you're asking.
