Check the lug nuts/bolts for tightness, inspect the wheel bearings, and quite possibly you need to replace the front spindle bushings.
 
also ck front axle pivot bushing--look at or measure toe-in--sometimes if wheels are pointed outward any looseness will make it flop. bent rim.
