Good evening gents
I have a 1966 2110 with factory ps. I have it set up for plowing, narrow front so it travels to the inside of the rear tire track. Being an LCG, it has short king pins. The right front tire on a short turn pulls right in under the forward end of the ps ram because as you turn sharp right the tie rod assy twists down and inward so the tire misses the front end of the steering ram. The left side won't do that unless you step hard on the rear of the drag link and roll it with your foot. Any adjustments I can make to make it work like the right side??? I know, possibly a silly question. Thanks anyway, Lowell

short spindles or kingpin?

so.. you have significant sector backlash.. or is it a draglink issue?

post back.

short king pins, the upright part. It is a drag link problem I presume. As you turn right the drag link kinda rolls so the front steering ram connection rolls under giving just enough tire clearance. The one on the left does not. Maybe the right side shouldn't roll but it sure is handy. Lowell
